Product Description
Polymaker PolyFlex TPU90 is a particularly flexible TPU filament for elastic components such as seals, protective covers, flexible connectors, grips or other functional printed parts.
With a Shore hardness of 90A, TPU90 is softer than TPU95 and is particularly suitable for applications where high flexibility and a soft feel are required.
For reliable results, a direct drive extruder is recommended. For Bowden systems, adjusted speed, retract settings and clean filament guidance are particularly important.
TPU is sensitive to moisture. The filament should be stored dry and, if moisture is absorbed, dried in a suitable filament dryer or drying device before printing.
