Product Description
Polymaker Fiberon PA612-ESD is a technical PA612-based filament for demanding FDM/FFF prints. The material is designed for applications where mechanical stability, heat resistance, and controlled electrostatic discharge are important.
Due to its ESD properties, the filament is particularly suitable for components in sensitive electronics environments, such as housings, mounts, fixtures, or technical components. The actual ESD effect on the finished component may vary depending on print direction, component geometry, and print parameters, and should be checked for critical applications.
PA612-ESD is one of the technical nylon filaments and should be stored dry. For reliable print results, if moisture absorption occurs, drying before printing in a suitable filament dryer or drying device is recommended.
Since the material is fiber- or filler-reinforced, a hardened nozzle is recommended. For processing, a printer with a sufficiently high nozzle temperature and appropriate material guidance is advisable.
