PolyFlex TPU90, developed from Covestro's Addigy® family, is a thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) filament that offers excellent flexibility without compromising printing speed.
Ultra-soft Shore hardness
With a Shore hardness of just 90A, PolyFlex TPU90 is exceptionally soft and highly flexible, making it ideal for applications requiring a gentle touch and high elasticity.
Optimised for direct extruders
Due to its very soft nature, a direct drive extruder is recommended to ensure smooth and reliable printing and minimise the risk of filament jams or feeding issues.
Perfect for soft, functional parts
